How do you grade the quality of your vintage items?
We use a strict grading system: Grade A items are in excellent vintage condition with no major flaws, while Grade B may show minor signs of wear such as small marks or fading. Each listing specifies the grade so you can source with confidence.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale purchases?
Yes, to provide wholesale pricing, we require a minimum spend of $250 or a minimum weight requirement of 10kg, depending on whether you are purchasing by piece or by the bale.
How long does shipping take and do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping usually takes 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Can I return items if I am not satisfied with the grade?
As we deal in second-hand goods, all wholesale sales are final. However, if there is a significant discrepancy between the grade ordered and the items received, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Are all items laundered before they are shipped?
While we steam and inspect all items for quality, we recommend that all vintage clothing is professionally laundered or cleaned before being put out for retail sale.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, and bank transfers for high-volume orders. We also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Klarna and Clearpay.
